What is Ballet Blast?

Ballet Blast is a new and improved workout to give women the chance to have a dancers body without ever being a dancer. I have taken my favorite things from every workout I have tried and came up with Ballet Blast. We focus on toning the Glutes and legs as well as your core and upper body strength. The class is a cardio class but unlike other Cardio classes we focus on toning those hard to reach places at the same time. No dance experience is needed. If your looking for a new fun workout that keeps your mind and spirit occupied the whole class this is for you! Come try it out and get excited for the cool down at the end of class!
